Roughly sketch out the size you'd like your stamp to be in your sketchbook and then trace over the design neatly onto tracing paper. I've included my design in the attachments if you want to copy it.
Get an eraser.
Place the tracing paper, pencil side down, on your eraser and rub over the design to transfer it.
Remove the tracing paper to reveal your design.
Use a carving tool to cut around the outline of your stamp.
Now carve out the spines of the books.
Finally add some little nicks for the pages.
Ink up your stamp.
Test it out by printing on paper. You can print multiple times to create a stack of books.
Write the titles of the books your reading on the spines and then use the space to the right to note down all the chapter numbers. Circle the current chapters you're on and cross out the ones you've completed.
Now it's super easy to keep track of your reading list!
