You Will Need (3 things)

  • Fabric Scraps
  • Iron
  • Sewing Machine

Steps (3 steps, 2 minutes)

  1. 1

To make a raw-edge fabric flower, cut or tear (I prefer the torn effect) a piece of fabric approximately 2" x 13".

  2. 2

Follow the steps in this video tutorial. It's better to demonstrate than to explain in words. But rest assured, it's so, so easy!

  3. 3

Once your flowers are made, you can stitch them on almost anything. This photo is of a Christmas tree skirt I made from felt, then embellished with these little Boho flowers made from scraps of white fabric and muslin.
