First, go to the wooden templates section in Michael's or your favorite craft store. The peices cost $.29 in Michael's. Then, Google up your favorite images. When you find the image you want, print it out on your printer. If the size is right for your wood cut-out, cut the image out by tracing the image with the wooden piece on top. Then use ModgePodge on the picture and the wood to adhere the image to the wood. I chose to then burn the image all the way around using my stove. Afterwards, I splattered the opposite site with complimentary paints that matched the picture. When it dried, I coated it with ModgePodge. When that side dried well, I turned it over and coated the other side right over the picture to seal it in. When that dried, I drilled a hole in the top and connected a gun metal colored ear wire but you can use any metallic finish ear wire. And that's that. It is stupid easy and much easier than it sounds!
