When tidying my craft room some time ago I decided that I wanted to store my yarn in a different way so I could easily see and access it. So I took a piece of multiplex, painted it white and hammered in some nails at small intervals. Be sure to measure out the width of your bobbins. My small nails are a bit too close to each other so sometimes getting just one bobbin off of the board results in more falling off. I also added a few large nails to hang my scissors on (not all featured here). Two screw-in eyes in the top of the board enable it to hang on the wall. The time as shown for this project is without the drying time of the paint.
