These are easy to make & taste really good. You could serve them minus the glaze but it doesn't take much time to make or put on so go for it.
These are easy to make & taste really good. You could serve them minus the glaze but it doesn't take much time to make or put on so go for it.
Heat oven 425/220 degrees Cream butter, oil & sugar together.
Add eggs & vanilla.
In a bowl combine flour, salt, Bicarb & baking powder.
Alternating ingredients Add the butter mixture & milk until all used.
Fold in the blueberries.
Spoon mixture into cases.
Bake for 15-17 mins. Allow to cool.
For the glaze... Mix all ingredients together.
Dip the muffin into the glaze. Allow to set. You can double dip the muffin if you like.
Serve.
