Whisk together the wholemeal flour, muesli, baking powder, cinnamon, milk and an egg.
Stir in a handful of fresh blueberries.
Heat up a frying pan with a small amount of butter or oil and pour a quarter of the batter out for each pancake.
Cook on either side for around four minutes until golden.
Serve with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
