Just a fast 2am Tutorial how I made my blowing eye ATCs.

Instructions

    First you put all materials together. You need: - ATC Sketch - Straw - Watercolor Paint - Water - Optional Ink

    Now it is optional if you use the Ink or not. I think using it it looks better, but it is also possible to use the pencil lines only.

    Then you color the eye in a normal way.

    Now it is time for your straw. First you set a small dot of watercolor paint closed to the eye and then you start blowing slowly and carefully.
