Pop the bread flour, baking soda, salt, soy milk, lemon juice, half of the cheese and herbs in your bread maker. If you don't have one, just mix them together in a bowl.
Leave the dough to knead or do it by hand.
Cut the dough in half and shape each half into a bone before placing on top of each other on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cut slits along both of the bones with a knife.
Fill the slits with red onion chutney.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top along with sea salt, pepper more dried herbs and some black olives.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180'C and serve.
