Blackcurrant Negroni

A fruity blackcurrant twist on the classic negroni

Using a spoonful of Trotter's blackcurrant jam, we put a fruity twist on the negroni cocktail combining it with gin, Camapari and Vermouth.

You will need

1 tsp Trotter's Blackcurrant Jam 1 oz Gin 1 oz campari 1 oz Vermouth Berries to garnish

Description

Using a spoonful of Trotter's blackcurrant jam, we put a fruity twist on the negroni cocktail combining it with gin, Camapari and Vermouth.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a short glass with ice and add a spoonful of blackcurrant jam,

2. 

   Add the gin, Campari and Vermouth and stir well.

3. 

   Garnish with a couple of berries and serve
