Before you begin, cook the black Venus rice in the water and whisk the activated charcoal into the soya milk.
Place the cooked rice, shredded coconut and chia seeds into a pan with the soya milk and heat gently.
Turn down the heat when it begins to bubble and sweeten to your liking with maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt.
One all the milk has soaked into the porridge, scoop into a bowl.
Top with some coconut slices and fresh blackberries.
Sprinkle with a little more shredded coconut and serve.
