Chocolate & cherries in a bar form.

You will need

1 cup Butter 1 1/2 cup Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 4 Eggs 1/2 cup Cocoa 2 cup Plain Flour 1 cup chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate chunks) 1 cup Cherries Icing Sugar Optional Chocolate Sauce Optional

Chocolate & cherries in a bar form.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 170 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together

2. 

   Add vanilla & eggs. Beat together.

3. 

   Add cocoa & flour. Stir to combine.

4. 

   Fold in the chocolate chips & cherries.

5. 

   Pour into a tin. Bake for 30-35 mins until cooked through.

6. 

   Cut & serve with a Sprinkle of icing sugar or some chocolate sauce.
