Black Dress With Blue Ruffles

Easy care dress and easy to wear... used scrap fabric from the remnant bin!!!! the ruffles are very heavy so make sure to cut the origional dress VERY short or your dress will end up at your feet if you do use jersey. I have left the neckline and arms unfinished for a more casusal feel. This dress is VERY EASY, I just traced out a top and skirt shapr I like, cut and sewed.... The RUFFLES however, are a pain in the neck.... If you want more detailed instructions just let me know
