A little bit different. Soft & coconuty.
Base... Heat oven 190 degrees. Melt butter.
Add sugar & salt. Mix to combine.
Add egg. Mix through.
Stir in cocoa & flour until smooth. Press into a tin. Bake for 10-15 mins. Set aside.
Topping... Whisk egg, sugar & vanilla together.
Gently fold in flour & coconut (reserve 1/2 cup for topping).
Drop spoonfuls of the coconut onto the base. Smooth down a little with wet fingers.
Sprinkle the remaining coconut on top. Bake for 25-30 mins. Leave to cool.
Cut & serve.
