You Will Need (13 things)

Base
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Cocoa
- 1/4 cup Plain Flour

Topping
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 7 oz Coconut Reserve 1/2 cup for topping
Steps (9 steps, 60 minutes)

Base...
Heat oven 190 degrees.
Melt butter.

Add sugar & salt.
Mix to combine.

Add egg.
Mix through.

Stir in cocoa & flour until smooth.
Press into a tin.
Bake for 10-15 mins.
Set aside.

Topping...
Whisk egg, sugar & vanilla together.

Gently fold in flour & coconut (reserve 1/2 cup for topping).

Drop spoonfuls of the coconut onto the base.
Smooth down a little with wet fingers.

Sprinkle the remaining coconut on top.
Bake for 25-30 mins.
Leave to cool.
