I've gone a bit biscoff mad so without further ado I introduce to you this devious recipe using Biscoff biscuits, Biscoff Spread and Biscoff doughnuts!

You Will Need (8 things)
- 18 (depending on the size of your cake) Biscoff Biscuits
- Biscoff Spread

- Cheesecake Mix I used Green's (cost about 60p)
- Electric Mixer
- Bowl

First off you need to beat up your Biscoff biscuits to make the base.
I used about eighteen of these biscuits, wrapped them in cling film, then a towel and whacked them viciously agaisnt the counter.
Once your biscuit is crumbled to your content, you melt the butter in the hob (or cheat and use the microwave for 30seconds) and stir the butter in with the biscuits to make your crumb base. Pouring the mixture in to your cake tin and setting it down.
Put in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
P.S. I used Green's Cheesecake mix because it was cheapest (about 60p) but if I were talented I'd have made my cheescake mix from scratch.

Whilst you're waiting for your base to set, take the cheescake packet mix and pour it and the milk in to a mixing bowl. Use the electric whisk to mix together your ingredients for roughly three minutes until thick and creamy.
Now here's where I got creative and added my biscoff spread and crumbled up Biscoff Krispy Kreme doughnut.

Pour the cheescake mix on to your base and leave in the fridge to set for about 45 minutes.
And now you have your masterpiece.
And if by now you're not totally sick of biscoff, you could even heat up some of your biscoff spread and pour it over the top of your cheescake.
