Birthday Balloons

This was made in one afternoon, using an A4 piece of white card, i printed on both side of the card using different colour spots for each side. I used a square die to cut out the centre piece of the front of the card, you could use a knife and ruler if you dont have a cutting machine. i used dies to cut out the scenic backrop and front, balloons and presents. I used my own greeting and found some multi-coloured cotton to make a twisted string for the balloons. Most of these layers where guess work as i couldnt find the original sizing for this project.
