Cut the sleeves, bodice and collar as specified. before
Remove the top two buttons. Determine how much you want to fold open, then stitch lapels to bodice.
Fold over sleeve edge twice and sew. If the sleeve opening is too wide, overlap the sleeve under the arm and stitch.
If you shortened the length, fold over edge twice and hem.
Make the bow with the cut-off collar and left and right sleeves. Attach brooch pin back.
