Cool! You said "dust" it off? Does that mean you are not suppose to rinse your face? Also should you just use your fingers to apply it? I think I will try this......right after I get some sea salt!
another way is to get a cotton an get WARM water (not boiling) just normal warm sink water and then dip in, and then get some salt (any salt) and dip that in too and put it on ur zit or pimple. I tried it. And hope it works
After finding this, and reading it, I knew it would work very well to zap zits. I just tried it, and I was surprised at how much of the redness it took away. Probably will be red again in the morning though. But certainly will keep it up to clear my face.
I didn't crush my epsom salt crystals though. I just stuck them on my face. It worked fine that way too. Crushing it to a paste would probably just make it stay a little better at first. Will try that next time.
I have a question...
My friend said putting any type of tooth paste, with fluoride, on your face (like a mask), and you sleep with it on overnight. Does this help, too?
I just did the treatment and it worked so well my face is very soft. After I applied it my face got really tight just like a regular mask, it felt expensive but cost me nothing. Thanks for posting this!
I also use salt paste to chill out itchy bites. They work wonders on mosquito bites. I do a paste like you said, rub on, let dry, and dust off. Chills out the itch fast.
This is also great for scars left by pimples, it helps them heal quickly. If you use it for scars I would suggest adding honey as it also helps heal scars.
*******NOTE FROM A SKINCARE CONSULTANT*************
Just make sure that when you exfoliate with this, you rub in circles, not straight across, and that you don't rub too hard! Also, make sure you drink lots of water after this treatment, and use a facial moisturizer. If you don't moisturize, the oil will come back threefold, and nobody wants that!
Overall, a VERY effective treatment. This is why the Dead Sea is so famous! ;) Personally, I use a similar treatment in the spa where I work. :-D

It is also recommended for oral piercings for that reason (:
*hugs* Thank you so much, you rock!!

I would be crazy not to at least try!
