A classic summer cocktail combining Don Papa Rum with berries, lemon, mint and brown sugar.

You will need

2 oz Don Papa Rum A small handful of Berries 2 tsp Brown Sugar 6 Mint Leaves 1 Lemon Soda Water Ice

A classic summer cocktail combining Don Papa Rum with berries, lemon, mint and brown sugar.

Instructions

1. 

   Muddle together the berries, mint and brown sugar in a glass. Fill with ice.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon and garnish with a slice from the other half. Add the rum.

3. 

   Top with soda water and serve.
