Berry & Cream Frozen Cocktail

A boozy frozen treat for a hot summer day!

Somewhere between a dessert and a cocktail, I went a little outside the box for the unique cocktail mixing together Chambord with frozen berries, vanilla vodka, creme de cacao blanc and cream to make a frozen cocktail.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 284 ml Single Cream
  • 2 shot Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 shot Chambord Liqueur
  • 1 shot Creme De Cacao Blanc (White Chocolate Liqueur)
  • 100 g Frozen Berries
  • 3 x Glace Cherry on a cocktail stick for each drink to serve

Steps (5 steps, 10 minutes)

    Place all of your spirits, cream and frozen berries in a blender.

    Blend together until smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour in to a tub, place a lid on top and freeze for around 3-4 hours.

  4. 4

    Remove your cocktail from the freezer and use a fork to crush the drink up.

    Pour in to a margarita glass and serve with a straw and three glace cherries on a cocktail stick.
