Instructions

1. 1. ch 16, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each sc across to end. 2. ch 1, turn. In blo, sc in each sc across. 3. Repeat row two 35 more times. 4. sl st sides together. Finish off, weave in ends, turn inside out.
