If you didn't see my project of an headband with a belt, here's the story: I had two pairs of boots thrown away, I kept the belts. I call them belts, I don't know what else I should call them. PLEASE NOTE. They have the elastic holding the buckle (they were already like that) to the rest with a safety pin because I took the thread out because it was starting to get too thin and it would break easily. I'm going to sew them again, as soon as I find my thin needle. Anyway, I get plenty of comments on them. They even ask where I got them (I say 'Old boots, took the belts out, studded them and voilà!' They think it's even cooler that I made them) Specialy from males, I don't know why. Maybe they look manly? At first I would wear them plain, but then got tired and decided to add something. ANOTHER NOTE: I separated the how-to of the bracelets, they are not both with studs.

So, materials. Probably you have something that makes the part of putting the studs easier. To make my job easier, I used pliers and a thick safety pin! You will understand why that bracelet and the thread on step 3.
I'm going to start with the one with golden studs. I found them at my grandma's house, in two sizes. I pushed the studs against the fabric to get the marks whre they wil pierce through. I made the holes with the safety pin, so it was much easier to put the studs. Turned the bracelet so I could close the studs with the pliers. You can check the pictures too see how it is on both sides.
The silvery one. They are not studs! But they could be, I just didn't find studs. Instead, I found these, they are like beads and I made another bracelet with the ones that were left. (check the materials piture) You can see that I used thread to sew them onto the bracelet.
