Beetroot, Feta & Olive Burgers
Chunky beetroot, feta and black olive burgers with oats, nuts, seeds and spices!

You Will Need (14 things)
- 4 Small Beetroot
- 200 g Black Olives
- 200 g Feta Cheese
- 200 g Oats
- 50 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 50 g Pine Nuts
- 50 g Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tsp Celery Salt
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Dried Herbs
- Chutney to serve
- Parmesan to serve
- Burger Buns
Steps (8 steps, 25 minutes)

Chop up the beetroots and place them in a blender.

Chop up the feta and add to the blender.

Add the olives and blend until combined.

Scrape the mixture into a bowl and mix in the pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, celery salt, paprika, cumin and herbs.

Mix in the oats.

Form the mixture into four burger patties and coat in panko breadcrumbs.

Fry for five minutes on either side until golden.

Serve on a toasted bun, top with chutney and grated parmesan.
