Measure out the bread flour and whisk in the salt before pouring into your bread maker.
Place the butter and beetroots in the blender and blend together.
Add one of the eggs.
Whisk the yeast into warm water and place to one side for 10 minutes, until it begins to froth. Pour to the blender with the butter mixture and blend until smooth.
Create a well in the middle of the flour and pour in the beetroot mixture.
Pop the bread machine onto dough mode and leave the dough to knead.
Leave to rise for an hour or so until the dough has doubled in size.
Separate the dough into six pieces, roll into balls and flatten into a roll shape onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Leave to rise for another hour then brush the tops with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200'C.
