You Will Need (6 things)

  • Sausage(s)
  • 12 oz Beer
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tsp Corn Flour

Steps (6 steps, 25 minutes)

    Heat oven 390/200 degrees.

    Place sausage on a tray & bake for 20 mins until cooked through.

    In a pan combine beer, sugar & mustard.

    Heat & reduce.

  3. 3

    Mix corn flour with a little water.

    Pour in to thickened the sauce.

    Add parsley.

    Stir through.

  5. 5

    Cut up sausage.

    Place in sauce to coat.

    Serve.
