You Will Need (7 things)

  • 100 g Ribeye Steak
  • Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Citrus Yuzu Juice
  • 3 tbsp Konbu Dashi Stock
  • 1 tbsp Japanese Rice Vinegar
  • Citrus Zest of Yuzu citrus

    Sear the beef on a hot pan
    Slice the beef in Carpaccio

    Place the carpaccio on a bed of lettuce
    Pour over the sauce and garnish with lime and lemon
