Easy to make. You can prepare the meat & leave to marinade if you like.

You will need

500 g Beef 1 cup Onion(s) 1 tbsp Garlic Grated 1 tbsp Ginger Grated 1/4 tsp Tumeric 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Paprika 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Oregano 1 tbsp Corriander 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

1. 

   Mix all ingredients together. You can leave to marinade now or continue.

2. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Squash the meat onto the Skewers.

3. 

   Place in oven for 10 mins. Turn the Skewers over & cook for a few more mins until cooked through.

4. 

   Serve.
