Whisk together the flour, charcoal, oat bran and sea salt.
Add the olive oil.
Mix in the warm water.
Scoop the dough out onto baking paper.
Cover with a second sheet of baking paper and roll our flat with a rolling pin.
Find an appropriate cookie cutter for your crackers. I made my one with a 3D printing pen and will post a tutorial on my profile, if you'd like to try making your own.
Use your cookie cutter to cut out as many crackers as you can from the dough, or simply score the dough with a knife to cut squares.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place a sliced almond on the tip of each paw to look like claws.
Bake at 180'C for 20 minutes until they are beginning to brown.
If any claws fall of your cookies, simply reapply them with a drop of honey.
When cool, top each of the crackers with a spoonful of cream cheese.
Top with smoked salmon, a mini pickle, a few capers and a sprinkling of dill.
