Beach Finding Necklace

I found the pendant on the beach. I'm not sure what it is, but it sure does make for a great necklace! This is a very environmentally friendly project: the pendant is from nature and the beads are recycled paper (if you want me to post a how-to for the paper beads, let me know!)
