Cut a baguette in to slices, or half some mini baguettes.
Use a pastry brush to brush the tops of the bread with olive oil.
Mince some garlic and top the bread with the garlic and a few shakes of chilli flakes.
Place on a hot bbq for 3 minutes of until toasted.
