Bbq Nacho Sausage Rolls

BBQ and crushed corn chip filled vegetarian sausage rolls!

You Will Need (5 things)

  • 300 g Puff Pastry
  • 4 tbsp Bbq Sauce
  • Handful of cheesy Corn Chips
  • 20 mini Quorn sausages
  • Paprika

Steps (9 steps, 15 minutes)

    Roll out the puff pastry in a large rectangle and spread the BBQ sauce on top.

    Crush the corn chips with a mortar and pestle into a fine powder.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the crushed chips over the BBQ sauce.

  4. 4

    Arrange the mini sausage rolls in lines and rows on the pastry, leaving enough pastry to roll them out.

  5. 5

    Cut squares of pastry around the sausages, roll up and line on a baking try covered in parchment paper.

    Score the tops of each sausage roll with a knife.

  7. 7

    Brush with milk and then dust with paprika.

  8. 8

    Bake for 15 minutes at 220'C until golden.

    Serve hot or cold!
