Soft, squeezable, cuddly and huggable little bunnies-a really cute gift that will last the whole year round!

Trace around the template onto white paper, cut out and pin it to double-folded felt. Cut out one bunny of each colour:Dark Brown, Light Brown, White, Grey and Pink
Do the same with the ear-template-cut out two pink felt pieces per bunny. Attach one piece to each ear with the help of simple running stitches with matching pink embroidery floss.
Stitch the eyes as a small star with grey floss in the shape of a star.
Embroider the nose and mouth with pink floss-see on the pictures how I did it as a reference-use simple straight stitches.
Let`s give our bunnies some lovely wooden buttons to add extra sweetness-use the brown floss and attach three buttons down the centre of the little belly.
Now it`s time to make up our little bunnies-place the two body parts on top of each other and line them up-make sure the bottom part is flipped the right side up. Use three strands of brown embroidery floss and get to work! Blanket stitch is one of my favourite stitches as it closes everything up so well. Sew neat and even stitches around the body, but make sure to leave a gap for filling the bunny later, so don`t sew all the way around just yet.
Use the back of a wooden spoon and gently fill your bunny with toy stuffing a little at a time. Don`t press too hard into the ears particularly, since you could easily separate the seams. Finish stitching up the bunny and get to work on the other three-Happy Stitching!
Place your little friends in a rustic woven wicker basket to complete the gift.
