Basil Caesar Dressing

Here's an vegetarian caesar dressing revved up with fresh basil. Try it on a salad or as a dip. Makes 3 3/4 cups.

You Will Need (10 things)
- 4 tbsp minced Garlic Scapes (or substitute 1 clove garlic)
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice , freshly squeezed (about 2 lemons)
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar , preferably raw and unpasteurized
- ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 packed cups (about 6 ounces) Basil , leaves only
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese cheese
- Salt
- 4 Black Pepper , freshly ground
Steps (3 steps, 10 minutes)

In a blender or food processor container, place garlic scapes, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar and basil.

Pulse to combine. Scrape down sides if needed.

While machine is running, slowly add olive oil. Stir in parmesan, add salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
