Easy banoffee pie

This super easy banoffee pie is quick to make and perfect for a summer day. For an even more refreshing taste, keep the pie in the freezer for 20-30 minutes before serving.

You Will Need (6 things)
- 200 g Cookies crushed
- 60 g Melted Butter
- 250 ml Whipping Cream
- 1 can Dulce De Leche
- 3 Bananas medium sized
- 50 g Favorite Milk Chocolate
Steps (6 steps, 30 minutes)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (375F).
In a medium bowl, mix the crumbled cookies with melted butter. -

Press the mix on the bottom and sides of a round baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Cool down the crust. In the meantime, slice bananas in 5mm thin slices and whip the cream. When the crust has cooled, add a layer of dulce de leche.

On the next layer, add the bananas.

Next, add an even layer of whipped cream.

On top, grate a bar of chocolate over the pie. Cool the pie in a fridge for at least an hour before serving.
