I went through a weird phase about 2 years ago and I was obsessed with bangles. I bought tons of them, but I only wear about 5 of them now. I thought it was a shame to let all the others sit around in a box so I wanted to find something to use them for. I always used to stack them on my dresser and when I needed a new pen holder for my desk I decided to get crafty rather than buying one. After some tinkering the bangle pen holder was born, and the rest is history! ;)

Gather all your materials and let your glue gun beging to heat up. You can use 4-6 bangles depending on the size of the bangles and what you will be using the holder for.
Place one of the bangles onto of your cardstock and trace along the inside. Make sure to trace as close along the edge as possible!
Cut along the outside of the circle you traced. Be careful not to cut to close along the line or your circle may end up too small.
If you are using different color bangles decide what order you want to stack them in. Glue the cardstock circle onto the bottom bangle.
Flip the bangle over so the cardstock is on the bottom. You now have your base! Take the next bangle and glue it to the base. Be careful not to use too much glue or it may squeeze out the sides which looks messy, and is a pain to fix.
Glue the rest of the bangles on and you are done! Enjoy your new pen holder!
