Description

Im sorry for no mesurements or pictures of steps, when i get an idea i dont tend to measure or take pictures. my bad I also apologise for my lack of writing steps clearly.

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl with a sieve held high above the bowl so the flour gets an airing. Now make a well in the centre of the flour and break the eggs into it. Then begin whisking the eggs.

  2. Next gradually add small quantities of the milk, still whisking (don't worry about any lumps as they will eventually disappear as you whisk). Keep wisking until all the lumps have gone.

  3. Heat a pan with oil in it and add as much batter as you want when the pan is hot. As soon as the batter hits the hot pan, tip it around from side to side to get the base evenly coated with batter. It should take only half a minute or so to cook; you can lift the edge with a palette knife to see if it's tinged gold as it should be. Flip the pancake over with a pan slice. the other side will need a few seconds only - then simply slide it out of the pan onto a plate. REPEAT STEPS 1 & 2 AS MUCH AS YOU WANT (i made roughly 10 pancakes).

  4. Randomly place them on your plate. Add chopped banana's in the middle (do it as if you are making a fajita), squiggle chocolate sauce on the banana. Then roll it all, cut in half and squiggle chocolate sauce on top of the stacks and voila Bananoc Pancakes YuMmY
