Banana Rice Pudding

Every time i order Chinese food i am never able to eat all of the rice, if any. And if it sits in the fridge for too long it becomes inedible.
So this time i decided to put together some rice pudding, with the limited ingredients in my sisters house.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 1 Browning Banana(s)
  • 1 Container Leftover Chinese Rice
  • 1 Cup +1T Milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 dash Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon or more if youd like
  • 1 Egg(s) White

Steps (5 steps, 30 minutes)

    Like always, gather all of your ingredients beforehand. My rice was still warm, but if yours has been sitting in the fridge for a bit, heat it up some.

    Mix the egg white thoroughly through the rice, and then add the milk, sugar, and vanilla. and microwave on high for 2 minutes, and stir.

    Add cinnamon, and sliced banana, or raisins, or any other low juice good in warm food type fruit =]. then microwave at 50% for 9 minutes, stopping and stirring every 2 minutes.

    Cover and let sit for 15 minutes, or until cool.

    Eat and enjoy!
