Banana Frappe

A refreshing drink that tastes great and is pretty healthy.
Banana and cinnamon have many proven health benifits and luckily they taste good!

This makes 6-8 glasses.

You Will Need (4 things)

  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 cup Milk

Steps (2 steps, 5 minutes)

    Add all ingredients except the ice cream and blend until the ice is broken up a bit (but not completely crushed).
    Add the icecream and blend again, this time blending until it is how you like it (very smooth & crushed or still a bit chunky).

    Blending Tip: blend in short bursts and move the mixture around a bit so the whole thing is blended evenly and so the ice doesn't get stuck in the blades.

    For extra sweetness, add a bit of honey.

    Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
