Yummy! The second picture is of some blue eggs and I put it up because they're just so pretty. Two of them are yellowy/ green, free range of course, that breed just lay nice coloured eggs! I used one for the mixture. I missed out some of the ingrediants because I didn't have them. I just put two bananas in, even though the recipe says 1 Cup but it probably was about that and they turned out great anyway!

Cream the sugar and the butter together.
Mash up the bananas and add them to the sugar and butter as well as the egg and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Add the flour.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 Celsius/400 Fahrenheit/Gas Mark 6 (this is an estimate always make sure food is cooked properly even if they've been in for 20 mins!).
Wait for them to cool and then put icing/frosting on and whatever you want. I used Betty Crocker's Ready to Use Icing, and added a small bit of the red food colouring to make it pink.
