Light and fluffy if mixed right. Rasins can be used if no chocolate chips are avalible.

You will need

1 cup Chocolate Chips 60 g Butter 2 cup Self-Raising Flour 1 cup Milk 1 cup Brown Sugar 2 Egg(s) 3 Ripe Banana(s) (mashed with a fork)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius. LIne a muffin tray with 12 muffin liners.

2. Melt Butter in a small saucepan. Set aside to cool.

3. Sift Flour. Stir in sugar. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.

4. Using a whisk, Lightly beat milk, eggs and butter together. Add to dry ingredients. Add bananas. Using a wooden spoon, gently mix ingredients until just combined. Still in chocolate chips. Don't beat the mixture or the muffins will be tough.

5. Spoon the mixture evenly. Bake for 20minutes. Cool for 3 minutes.
