I was inspired by a recipe in one of the Morrison's magazines, categorized under "Food Fusion". I just changed one thing: the sugar. The recipe from the magazine said to use 175g of brown sugar. I used 100g of caster sugar. So, here is the how-to for this brilliant treat:
I was inspired by a recipe in one of the Morrison's magazines, categorized under "Food Fusion". I just changed one thing: the sugar. The recipe from the magazine said to use 175g of brown sugar. I used 100g of caster sugar. So, here is the how-to for this brilliant treat:
preheat the oven to 180°C
in a pan, melt the butter, sugar, syrup. mix in the dried banana chips and the fresh banana
remove the pan from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients
tip the mixture onto a baking tray and bake for 20-25mins
