well in spanish, or at least here in Chile, this kind of cake is called "Queque" (and "queque" is also a informal word for "butt") ...cultural note of the day :D i used Greenleaf's how-to for muffins, i don't have a muffin thingie, so i used these big molds, and i used double of the ingredients, that's why i made 2 big queques :P i used only 5 bananas, i didn't doubled the sugar and added a big tbsp of honey. also, the square queque took a lot of baking time (maybe 1 hour), but the round was ready before. it's super easy and super yummy. when still warm, the melted chocolate is awesome! thanks for reading :)
