A nice sweet, tasty treat.

You will need

4 oz Butter 12 oz Brown Sugar 2 eggs 3 Bananas 4 tbsp Milk 8 oz Plain Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 3 oz Chocolate Chips

A nice sweet, tasty treat.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 170 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together.

2. 

   Add eggs. Mix through.

3. 

   Mix banana & milk together. Mix flour, baking powder & bicarb together. Alternatively add the banana & flour into the butter mixture.

4. 

   Fold in the chocolate chips.

5. 

   Pour into a tin. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs.

6. 

   Cut & serve
