You Will Need (8 things)
- 8 oz Short Crust Pastry
- 2 tbsp Raspberry Jam
- 2 oz Semolina
- 2 oz Ground Almonds
- 4 oz Caster Sugar
- 1 Egg(s)
- 3 oz Margarine
- 1 oz Almonds
Steps (2 steps, 60 minutes)

Preheat oven Gas 3.
Roll out pastry and line the tin/dish.
Spread the jam over the pastry bottom.

Mix all other ingredients together except for the flaked almonds.
Place in the oven for 25 mins.
After 25mins, add the flaked almonds to the top and cook for a further 5mins or until the cake is golden brown.
Allow to cool and serve.
