Baked Sweet Poato Chips
makes a healthy change to those fried ones

You Will Need (7 things)
- 4 Sweet Potato
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
- half tsp Chili Powder
- 1 stp Paprika
Steps (1 step, 30 minutes)

Set the over to 400oF
Peel and slice the potatoes lenth ways.
Mix the oil, thyme, chilli powder, paprika and cumin together. Add them to the potatoes in a shallow baking tray and mix till evenly coated. Sprinkle some sea salt and pepper over the top then bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crips round the edges.
If they are too oily too your liking, pat them with some kitchen roll then serve straight away and enjoy.
