These are a little more healthy for you than ordinary fried burgers. You can add cheese if you wish. You will find the Texas Roadhouse Rolls recipe on my other projects.
Chop the onion. Place it in the bottom of the dish.
Mix beef & half the stock together.
Add enough breadcrumbs to make a paste.
Press the meat out into a square shape to fit the dish.
Mark the meat into squares. Place the meat on top of the onions.
Pour the remaining stock over.
Bake in an oven 220 degrees for 15 mins. Until cooked through.
Serve on Texas Roadhouse Rolls.
