These are a little more healthy for you than ordinary fried burgers.

You can add cheese if you wish.

You Will Need (4 things)

  • 1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 cup Beef Stock
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 1 large Onions

Steps (8 steps, 40 minutes)

    Chop the onion.

    Place it in the bottom of the dish.

    Mix beef & half the stock together.

  3. 3

    Add enough breadcrumbs to make a paste.

  4. 4

    Press the meat out into a square shape to fit the dish.

  5. 5

    Mark the meat into squares.

    Place the meat on top of the onions.

    Pour the remaining stock over.

  7. 7

    Bake in an oven 220 degrees for 15 mins. Until cooked through.

    Serve on Texas Roadhouse Rolls.
