Baileys Chocolate Mousse

This a a great dessert to make ahead.

You can use more cocoa (1 more tsp) to give a richer, more chocolates taste.

You Will Need (8 things)

  • 2 tsp Gelatine
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/4 cup Water Boiling
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cup Double Cream Cold
  • 1/2 cup Baileys
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Steps (9 steps, 20 minutes)

    Mix the cold water & gelatine together.

    Set aside for 1 min.

    Add boiling water to gelatine.

    Mix together until gelatine is fully dissolved.

    Set aside to cool completely.

    Mix the sugar & cocoa together.

    Add the cream to the chocolate mixture.

    Whisk together until soft peaks.

    Gradually Add the Baileys, gelatine & vanilla & whip together.

    Whisk until well incorporated.

  8. 8

    Spoon into serving dishes.

    Place in the fridge for atleast one hour.

    Serve.
