Being on a diet, and being a HUGE lover of potatoes, I stumbled across the original recipe and decided to version share my own. Instead of using oil, I used Crisco Spray Oil. It has no calories, which is a huge plus in my book. Spray the pan, AND the potatoes (helps the seasonings stick better) Cut up your 'taters, season the way you like; I used Cavender's Greek Seasoning (Apparently only found in the South, but it's AMAZING) and some ground black pepper. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 450 F. Or until desired crispiness/cooked'ness Note: If you like (normal French's) Mustard, it's really good as a dipping condiment for the potatoes. If not, use Ranch or whatever. Eat-n-Enjoy.
