Mashed avocado on toast with lime!

You will need

1 Avocado Juice from 1/2 Lime 4 slices of Bread Olive Oil Salt and Pepper

Instructions

1. 

   Peel the avocado and cut into slices.

2. 

   Toast the bread and drizzle with olive oil.

3. 

   Place the slices of avocado on the toast and mash lightly with a fork.

4. 

   Squeeze on the juice from half a lime.

5. 

   Season with salt and pepper, cut into triangles and serve!
